PassivEnergy is registered with the Design Matters national (DM) and accredited to provide 6 Star Energy Rating and BASIX assessments. We are also BESS-trained professionals and proficient in the BESS, STORM, NCC and SDS scorecard systems.

We have an online fee proposal system that allows our clients to digitally sign the fee proposal and enter debit/credit card details or direct debt all in one hit. No printing out PDF quotes to sign and rescan – you digitally sign, and it automatically creates a job in our job tracking system ready for us to complete.
We also use an online ticketing system that captures all our client’s email queries, such as amendment requests, report queries, etc., so that our team can respond efficiently and effectively.

Rob
Rob was a sustainable building designer in his past life and believes good sustainable outcomes start with good passive design principles, and so, PassivEnergy was born. Rob is a firm believer of building long-lasting relationships with all his clients, educating them on building science, offering practical advice and delivering cost-effective solutions.

The few hours a week spent outside the office are spent watching Carlton losing (starting to win) every week, enjoying a parma while watching the UFC and weekends away with his wife and daughter.
Proud
A graduate of the Master of Energy Efficient and Sustainable Buildings from RMIT, Proud tackles all ESD reports required through town planning applications and commercial section J/JV3 assessments.
Play
As a lover of EDM music, you will find Proud either out on the weekend at a music festival or making EDM music on her synthesiser at home. She is hoping to be the next DJ Ann Clue (Only on the weekends though). She is now forced to follow Carlton.
Angelo
Proficient in the use of FirstRate 5 and BERS Pro, Angelo brings 3 years of energy rating experience. With his detailed knowledge of energy rating modelling, no project is too complex.
